Package: busybox
Version: 0.60.3
severity: high

When I try to read an answer from /dev/tty on the "first" console
(ALT-F1) as follow:

read < /dev/tty
I get immediately: "Error: No such device or address"
On all the other consoles it works great.

If I do on the first console: read < /dev/console it works fine.

This behaviour was not present in Busybox v0.60.2!
I have tested v0.61pre and it has also this read error on the first tty.

The linux kernel used was redhat's 2.4.7 kernel on all test cases. The
only difference was busybox and I made sure the same items (applets)
were present in all test cases.
I am the maintainer of mkCDrec and one of my cloning scripts goes
banasas since I upgraded BB from 0.60.2 to 0.60.3.

Thanks for your cooperation and a great tool!
