[BusyBox] A trivial question

I can not find how I can restart the init process...
When I kill it - well, it restarts the whole system.
Then why do we have a "restart" action in inittab ?

As quoted from manual:
'restart' is the action taken to restart the init process.
By default this should simply run /sbin/init, but can be a
script which runs pivot_root or it can do all sorts of
other interesting things.

Well, how can I restart it ? :)
