[BusyBox] running executable on BB

Hi,

I am installing BB on flash disk.

I am going to run executable program on it. The program is
compiled in my development box.

I could not run the program under BB. Normally I just type:

/sbin/my_program

and it will execute.

but under BB it could not --> /# sh: not such directory or file.

Do I miss some fundamental issues here in running application
program ?
