[BusyBox] insmod problem with 2.4.4 kernel

having the most recent uClibc and busybox cvs version, insmod works with
kernel 2.4.2, but not with 2.4.3 and 2.4.4. however i can't find anything
important that was changed in the module code in 2.4.3.
