[BusyBox] pause for next release?

Seems like whatever we do there will be a few bugs that will slip
through anyway.

What about having a three branches, stable/testing/unstable, so the
testing release could be feature frozen for as long as necessary to get
it fixed before releasing, and it wouldnt completely stop new work.

The main reason against would be that if bugs get identified in testing
but not fixed because we are all concentrating on unstable, and it would
take a bit more ework to setup.
