[BusyBox] unarchiving tools reorganised again

Fixed a few more bugs, etc, and made the applet options act like the GNU 
ones. Seems pretty stable now.

It would be helpful if some more people on the busybox list could try it, 
then you should be able to commit it.

Remaining bits:
* ar is broken (Glenn might have fixed it)
* if you do tar xvf rather than tar -xvf it segfaults
* some messages need fixing to be like GNU cpio/tar/ar
* hardlinks for cpio
