Allow multiple shells

	For the next version, I think it might be useful to have the ability
to include multiple shells, but only use one as 'sh'.  To do this, more
config parameters may have to be defined, perhaps leaving it looking like
this:

//#BB_INCLUDE_ASH
//#BB_INCLUDE_MSH
//#BB_INCLUDE_HUSH
//#BB_INCLUDE_LASH

//#BB_SH_IS_ASH
//#BB_SH_IS_MSH
//#BB_SH_IS_HUSH
//#BB_SH_IS_LASH

	Anyway, just something to think about.
