[BusyBox] hurry, cleanups... quick bugfix

Hi, 

As will not seem strange, but I have broken in the my previous version last
patch 
the ping applet. And in traceroute the problem shown on not i86 machines
(endians problems)
has appeared.

New last patch solved:

critical:
1) ping compile now,
2) traceroute call not spare ntohl() now (hmm, and reduce size);
cleanups:
3) massive declare static in insmod, and forgeded in ash, vi and mount;
features:
4) more simple API cmdedit :))
5) ash witch cmdedit restore put warning "stopped jobs" if pressed Ctrl-D
and restore work "ignoreeof" option
6) reduce exporting library function index->strchr (traceroute), bzero->memset
(syslogd)
