[BusyBox] df using getopt and ls -k patch]

OK, I figured if I was gonna go and add support for -k I may as well do
it right.
du, ls, and df all support -k, and if you define
BB_FEATURE_HUMAN_READABLE -m(megabyte) and -h(human readable) are
available too.
all three of them give usage information when passed "-?"

The only problem is my patch, I used diff -u busybox.old/ busybox to
generate it, patch doesn't seem to like the diff, What do I need to use
to get all the diffs in one file and have patch be happy with it?

Total cost for this? on my system, RH 6.1, *STOCK* 768 bytes, although
I'm sure it could be optimized to be smaller.
