[BusyBox] Booting oddities...

Hello all,
I am at the stage now in my project, where I'm going to begin
testing. I have already run into a problem, and I haven't even gotten to a
prompt! When booting, the kernel panics and tells me that no init was
found. It also says I should try passing "init=" option to the kernel. How
in the WORLD do I do this? I'm using syslinux, because LILO is rather large
for a floppy-based distribution (it will grow, but for now I just want it to
boot). Anyone have any ideas about what this means to me? Thanks in
advance for any suggestions!
