You've been fooled by glibc6. While ldd will tell you, you've all needed
libraries, you actually do not. glibc requires some of the libnss*
libraries. As they are neither small, nor do i know which ones you need
at last, you might try to go for uclibc, what comes wich (simple) name
resolution capabilities and is smaller then glibc.
