[BusyBox] u_int_32 vs u32

A few applets (fsck_minix, fbset, mkfs_minix and rpm2cpio) have their own 
definitions of u32 etc, which isn't very portable (they are defined in 
terms of a 32 bit arch). Shouldn't they be using u_int32_t & co?
