This typically happens because it can't find the ELF interpreter,
which you probably don't have installed. Run 'readelf -l busybox',
and you should see a line such as:
[Requesting program interpreter: /lib/ld-uClibc.so.0]
You need to have this installed and/or a link to where it exists.
