[BusyBox] [PATCH] wget statusbar fix

Hi, I've made a patch to wget.c (CVS 1.35) to fix the statusbar (doesn't 
show correct bytes transferred - progressmeter(1) seems to have got into a 
loop), and also show when chunked/unknown length transfers are stalled.

Also included a patch to usage.h as the -q option wasn't shown in the short 
help.

Could it be put into CVS?
