[BusyBox] Preparing for busybox 0.51

Hi all.  I would like to get a bug fixing release
of busybox out as soon as possible.  

Please begin testing the current CVS verison of busybox --
assuming no critical bugs show up, I plan on making a
the 0.51 release either tomorrow (Friday) or Monday.

Consider this a code freeze too.  No new features
till after the release -- only bugfixes.
