I just tried it again with ssh and it seems to work fine. Perhaps the
"Accessing Lineo's Open Source Repository via CVS" web page should mention
that a peculiarity with the setup of Lineo's rshd means that people who
get the "connection reset by peer" error should use CVS_RSH=ssh instead.
