My understanding is that the Regents of the University of California have
officially declared the advertising clause null and void.  If it were from
other sources, they would have to have nulled this clause as well, but I am
pretty sure that this stuff is now free game.

Please correct me if I am wrong though, and that code will be
gone instantly...
