[BusyBox] bug#1011: make an installer app

It would be nice to have an installer app.  Something like
    /bin/busybox install -s

which would makes all links to commands that it can support (an optionnal -s
should be used for symbolic links instead of hard links.  This would allow
runtime installation of the link forest needed to make BusyBox work.
