[BusyBox] bug#1001: Unfixable

Having made *extensive* attempts at fixing this bug, I have learned that it is
unfixable; getchar() and friends simply will not read a single char in raw
mode, they read until RETURN is hit (getchar still buffers all of the chars
you typed =before= RETURN was hit and processes them all
individually--including the RETURN char).

This needs to be closed and marked as WONTFIX (or the equivalent).
