[BusyBox] tcsetpgrp error messages

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error message at every command:

tcsetpgrp: Inappropriate ioctl for device

My devices:

crw-rw-r--   1 root     root       1,   1 Jun 23 07:05 mem
crw-rw-r--   1 root     root       1,   3 Jun 23 07:06 null
brw-rw-r--   1 root     root       1,   0 Jun 23 07:06 ram0
crw-rw-r--   1 root     root       4,   0 Jun 23 07:10 tty0
crw-rw-r--   1 root     root       4,   1 Jun 23 07:06 tty1
crw-rw-r--   1 root     root       4,  64 Jun 23 07:09 ttyS0

etc:
-rw-rw-r--   1 root     root           55 Jun 23 07:08 fstab
-rw-r--r--   1 root     root         2362 Jun 23 08:55 gettydefs
-rw-rw-r--   1 root     root           55 Jun 23 07:35 inittab

bin, sbin, etc are filled by busybox.

What's missing?
