It is now live (as of about 10 minutes ago ;-).  Please be a bit 
patient with the website as it is mostly functional at the moment

Hmm.  I have been thinking about converting the docs to DocBook
instead.  Would that be better do you think?  It would certainly 
give me a lot more control on the formatting of the output.
