[BusyBox] make logger log all arguments

You´re right. One of the small differences between the GNU and the BSD
version of logger seems to be the "--" parameter. This tells logger that
every argument behind "--" should be directly written into syslog, so
that an text for syslog could start with "-" without beeing treated as
logger-parameter.

I suggest to apply that patch for the cvs-version. This feature is ok.
