[BusyBox] BB_FEATURE_FULL_REGULAR_EXPRESSIONS obsolete?

Howdy,

This feature controls the compilation of a stristr, find_match, and
replace_match.  However, these functions are never used.  Is anyone
planning to use them again?  If not, I'd like to remove them.
