Oops. Bad point.  Reverted.

The problem is that non-app files (such as cmdedit.c) are only 
compiled in if they show up in busybox.defs.h.  So moving the
non-user servicable parts to internal.h means that files such
as cmdedit.c don't get compiled in...  Sigh.
