Many syslog daemons provide support for accepting messages from remote syslog
hosts and logging them locally.  Busybox's current syslogd supports sending
syslog messages, but does not support receiving them.

This is a feature request to add this support in.  In other syslog daemons, the
option '-r' is typically used to allow this behavior.
