netstat: introduce -W: wide, ipv6-friendly output
netstat: shrink by ~500 bytes
(patch by Cristian Ionescu-Idbohrn <cristian.ionescu-idbohrn at axis.com>)
netstat: fix for bogus state value for raw sockets
