Summary:                    MDEV, new patch
Description: 
Hi list,
I have the impression that nobody is interested in mdev, however I
continue to send my patchs.

The new mdev can:
1- create symlinks
2- create (sub-)directories
3- create devices in a (sub-)directories
4- execute an command
5- work with and without CONFIG_SYSFS_DEPRECATED in kernel >= 2.6.20
