Summary:                    Allow Syslog Remote Connections
Description: 
Modified syslog daemon to allow incoming syslog connections via UDP. 
Useful if you have multiple busybox units and want to consolidate logging
to one unit

No way. This should be handled using netcat or netpipes-type utility +
logger.
