Summary:                    CONFIG_FEATURE_GREP_FGREP_ALIAS doesn't work
Description: 
Setting CONFIG_FEATURE_GREP_FGREP_ALIAS creates an applet for fgrep but
doesn't actually change the behaviour of findutils/grep.c.

In addition the text in findutils/Config.in is wrong, the flag is -F not
-f.
