Buildroot 2021.08.2 is a bugfix release, fixing a number of important /
security related issues discovered since the 2021.08.1 release.

- OpenJDK 16.x moved to 17.x as 16.x is EOL.

- Security fixes for asterisk, bind, containerd, docker-cli,
  docker-engine, exiv2, freerdp, go, hiredis, lrzip, nodejs, openjdk,
  openjdk-bin, php, samba4, snort, strongswan, vim

- Fixes for download/compilation/runtime/license issues in audit,
  bitcoin, cryptsetup, dahdi-linux, dbus-python, dfu-util, earlyoom,
  edk2-platforms, ffmpeg, gdb, gensio, gnupg2, gpsd, gst1-plugins-bad,
  gst1-plugins-ugly, gst1-vaapi, gtest, lftp, libpsl, libva,
  libva-utils, lightning, log4cplus, netdata, olsr, pango, python3-cffi,
  qemu, refpolicy, rng-tools, samba4, suricata, systemd, tor, vim,
