Gerbera now unfortunately needs cmake 3.14+:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
  CMake 3.14 or higher is required.  You are running version 3.13.4

And we only require 3.10 on 2020.02.x / 2020.11.x. Any idea how to fix?
