A DESTDIR of $(STAGING_DIR) when building host-rauc doesn't seem
correct. It's an autotools package, so we're passing
--prefix=$(HOST_DIR) when building host-rauc. If that's not sufficient,
then the rauc Makefile.am should be fixed.
