[Buildroot] Build issue: ncurses 6.1 on Buildroot 2020.02

Baruch;
  My Apologies - Ubuntu 18.04.01 - Kernel is a 5.3.x version
I did a "system update" yesterday to "refresh" the VM setup.  So the
tools/etc on the Host should be up to date.
