No, we do not want to uncoditionally remove the directory; we only want
to remove it if it is emoty. A user may have pre-populated it from their
custom skeleton, or an earlier-built package may have installed it.

Instead, we want to pass --ignore-fail-on-non-empty to rmdir, I guess.
