[Buildroot] Keyboard and mouse not working in X server

Success in two situations:
1. udev + xdriver_xf86-input-evdev and xdriver_xf86-libinput
(thanks Arnout Vandecappelle)
2. devtmpfs with the following lines to xorg.conf:
Section "ServerFlags"
Option "AutoAddDevices" "false"
EndSection
