I know we're going for the minimalist approach, but what about moving
those conditions into fftw-long-double:

    config BR2_PACKAGE_FFTW_LONG_DOUBLE_ARCH_SUPPORTS

        deepends on BLABLA-the-conditions-above

... which would allow to share the conditions easily here ...
