[Buildroot] [git commit] configs/raspberrypi3_64_defconfig: use pi3-miniuart-bt device tree overlay

Use the pi3-miniuart-bt device tree overlay (as the 32bit raspberrypi3
defconfig) instead of the enable_uart option.
