Tested using Toolchain-builder:
https://gitlab.com/kubu93/toolchains-builder/pipelines/75997744
1) Existing issue with gdb 8.x on aarch64 + musl + kernel headers 4.19.
Fixed with kernel headers 5.1.
2) PowerPC issue with Qemu 2.11 from Ubuntu Bionic
Fixed by using Qemu 2.12+
3) New issue on openrisc with uClibc and gcc 9.1 or 9.2.
To be invesitgated.
