[Buildroot] [PATCH 1/1] package/vlc: fix linking with tremor

[Bernd Kuhls]

Patch 0004 is not enough anymore to fix linking with tremor (provides
libvorbisidec) so we provide the proper content for VORBIS_LIBS.
