[Buildroot] Adding Neopixel WS2812 package for RPi

Hello,


I am novice to buildroot mechanism. I followed Chapter 17 of user manual and didn't work out. Usually, we used library as per the links mentioned below to drive neopixel leds on RPi. Please let me know the possible ways to add this package.
