[Buildroot] [PATCH v6 8/9] Makefile: add alldefconfig target

[Arnout Vandecappelle (Essensium/Mind)]

It is used by Kconfig's merge_config.sh.

No alldefpackageconfig is added, since it's rather pointless: it would
only enable busybox.
