No problem. So, just to be sure we are on the same page, I need to make
a V2 with 'ifeq' + --enable-foo comment.

I can add the gst1-plugins-bad dependency to the V4L2 plugin though,
that is the only dependency that is not shared.

Let me know if there's anything I should do.
