[Buildroot] Branch "next" outdated in GitHub

Hello,

I'd like to use the GitHub replica as my upstream reference it is faster to access than git.buildroot.net and because it is already reachable through my company firewall. I noticed, however, that the "next" branch there is still at a commit from Feb 20, 2013. Is this intentional?
