[Buildroot] [PATCH 1/2] python-crossbar: propagate missing dependencies

python-crossbar selects python-msgpack which selects msgpack, which
depends on C++ and 4-byte __sync intrinsics. But python-crossbar does
not have the dependencies propagated.
