I'm unable to reproduce your issue :-(

But probably the issue is here:
USE_EVAS_LIBS='  [...] -lfreetype -L/usr/lib -lluajit-5.1 '

It seems that it doesn't use the luajit library from host-luajit package...
Otherwise I don't know.
