[Buildroot] aspell: some questions

Hello,

I have built a package for GNU aspell (http://aspell.net) binary but to complete the package will be great to configure the addition of dictionaries (ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/0index.html).

We have to consider dictionary versioning. What will be the best strategy to download and build (configure && make) aspell dictionaries at the host stage?
