I've applied, but made some additional changes:

    [Thomas: switch back to a tarball from
    https://linuxcontainers.org/downloads/ instead of
    github. Unfortunately, even though the tarball has the configure
    script generated, we still need to autoreconf since we're patching
    configure.ac.]
