[Buildroot] Configuring the gpsd package

Hi Baruch,

Yes, I've added it under menu "Hardware handling".
Do I need to rebuild the buildroot for this change to take place?

I was asking regarding the SCONS because at the top of the gpsd_config.h file it says that this file is generated by SCONS.

Gabi.

Then you have much bigger problem than protocol selection. Have you added the needed 'source' directive in package/Config.in?

This is quite old. A lot has changes since then. The level of support you can expect from Buildroot developers will increase significantly if you update to something more recent.

Probably not. But you are likely to encounter a build failure once you fix you Config.in problem. Installing scons on your host might be enough, though.
