[Buildroot] Cannot build modular X.org

I ran into that problem too, I managed to work around it. The problem is
that for some reason, the xdriver_xf86-input-* aren't looking in the right
places for the xorg-server. Don't remember if its a pkg-config issue or
something else, but it can be fixed by putting the files somewhere where
configure will see them.
