No, it is the old version of the documentation, which was written
directly in HTML. It is no longer updated, but is unfortunately still
the only one visible on the website. This should be fixed someday. Only
when the new documentation is visible on the website we will remove the
buildroot.html from the Git repository.

No, the other .html files are the website itself and must be preserved.
